This is from CNBC.com:

“Apple and Palm Battle Heating Up?”

Who would have thought that Palm, the maker of outdated handsets could have pulled off creating such a buzz for its new device. I know I write about it a lot, but you have to remember I currently own a Palm phone…

Palm was on the brink of collapse last year and have really poised itself for a comeback.

Apple is now making accusations (though not to Palm directly) about patents it has obtained for “touchscreen devices.” Palm’s response was “we have patents too.”
