The Lucrative Investor was founded by Jeremy Quinn and Skyler Moore after working with thousands of investors on individual real estate investment portfolios.  After building an on-line presence with over 40,000 real estate investors across the United States, Jeremy and Skyler realized a common glitch with investor’s path to success.

The path to success was not only learning how to create income as many of them already knew how to do.  It was recognizing market cycles, when to get in and when to get out.  It was ensuring a proper business structure, systems and plan was in place to ultimately conserve and keep the wealth created.

Through established partnerships with certified professionals, The Lucrative Investor offers various investment opportunities from passive to involved opportunities that help plug the holes where investors commonly let money fall through the cracks.
