What about quick-all-in-one coffee powder in sachets? Those you can just bring along to office and pour into a mug filled with water and you are done. That was how I drank my coffee most of the time.

I agree with you that making of coffee at home is cheaper than buying it from a stores . Your recipe is also looks very good. But lot of people are not able to make the coffee like your get at the store. So there are lot of good coffee makers in the market which provides coffee for cheap rates.

I know what you mean, SBs can seem like you're on a conveyor belt. But once yuo have that latte or whatever, you can't beat the ambiance of Starbucks's outdoor terraces on a nice sunny afternoon.

I like Starbucks but only every now and then. To me it's more of a treat than a necessity. At least at home when you make coffee, you don't feel rushed to fix it the way you like it (with creamer, sugar, etc..). I always feel like I'm being rushed when I try to make my coffee at Starbucks.

Yes! I just made myself a cup of joe actually before sitting down to read your blog :) I agree completely. Not only that, but I think that coffee made at home is usually better. I much prefer the feel of a mug in my hand than a thin piece of cardboard.

I completely agree. I've been making my own coffee at home for years. I'm cheap and have been told that I can squeeze a penny until it cries. If I'm going away for the morning, I'll take a thermos of coffee with me. The cost of a cup of coffee at the coffee shop really adds up when you drink 2-3 cups every morning. I'd like to know where you got that free Senseo machine. I'm the queen of free and I don't know where to score that.
