		<description>First I’m glad to hear that your home purchase was painless, so many are not. Here is why I have to disagree with you on not to have representation from a buying agent. It’s free to you, that’s right, the seller pays the commission to one or two agents involved with the transaction. As a buyer why not have agent do the heavy lifting make the offer and the counter offer. Assess the properties current market value. Make sure you don’t offer too much. Not to mention all the legal issue involved in a real estate transaction. 

In short if you don’t have a buyers agent the only one that pays more is the buyer in most cases.</description>
