Thomas you might want to contact the SBA(Small Business Administration) and see if the company is a member is this is the case they might be able to help you with the issue. Best of luck.

I paid $1255.98 for 242 SFT of select red oak. I was short 13 SFT. I called them and I did everything they told me to do. Then when I called back to find out what they were going to do about it they sent me a letter telling me they did not short me at all and would do nothing. In fact when I first signed for a card they sent me a gift card for $40.00 but would only give me $20. of it.
