Rent to own

Jennifer McClelland | RSS | 0 Comments

I was once thinking about renting to own real estate. At the time, there were several benefits to rent to own properties as opposed to regular purchasing a home. I thought that at the time, with renting, we would still be able to bypass some of the ownership duties such as repairs on the home.

In my town there aren’t many websites devoted to rent to own properties, rather you or some person looking at the houses needs to either know someone or find houses to rent to own in the paper. There are, however, websites devoted to just that.
